CAR RENTAL CONDITIONS

FOR UAE RESIDENTS:

Discounts for long-term rentals

We accept CASH payments only (We accept CASH or Debit/Credit cards payment).
Before the start of the rent, the Renter should make a Deposit and pay for the entire rental period.
The Deposit is refundable within 21 days from the last date of the rental period.
Any Traffic Fines, Toll Gates “SALIK”, any damages etc. can be paid by deducting Deposit made, and if the amount exceeds 20% of the Deposit, they must be paid immediately.

PAYMENTS & CHARGES

The Vehicle is delivery to Renter in a technically sound condition, completely filled and clean.
Any apparent defect must be identified and registered by both parties.
Vehicle should be returned in the same condition as received as agreement time.
We reserve the right to repossess the vehicle without notice if vehicle is use in violation of the Agreement.

VEHICLE

The Driver/Renter must be at least 23 years old.
The Driver License expiration date must not be less than the rental expiration date and not less than 1 year from the date of issue.

DRIVER

Valid Emirates ID or Valid Passport with Valid residence.
Driving License must be from same country as passport. (Local, GCC or International “For Tourist”, depend on residence).
Entry Stamp on your Passport for Tourist Visa.

DOCUMENTS

Additional driver is permitted providing the minimum rental age and all other driver requirements are met.
An additional authorized driver must also be registered in the Rental agreement.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

Delivery and Collection in Dubai is for FREE.
Delivery and Collection outside Dubai is subject to a fee (depend on the location).ё
The providing of services and, accordingly, the use of the vehicle is carried out only within the UAE.
Renter should request a permit to take the vehicle across the borders of the U.A.E, and we reserve full rights to confirm or decline the request.

DELIVERY AND LOCATION

The car rental period is calculated daily, weekly or A rental day consists of a 24-hour period.
After a daily rental period, a grace period of 1 hour is provided.
If the delay in returning the car is more than 1 hour, but less than 2 hours, an additional fee of 20% of the daily rental calculation is charged.
For delays of up to 3 hours, but less than 2 hours, ½ daily rental calculation will be charged.
Over 3 hours of car return delay, full daily car rental price will be charged.
In case of early return of the car, refunds for unused time are not made.
Extension is permitted in the absence of other booking.
It is agreed and understood that any extension of the duration hereof must have received Owner’s prior approval.
In the event of an unreasonable delay in returning the car or the Renter is not available for communication, we reserve the right to remotely stop the car engine.

RENTAL PERIOD

The daily car rental rate includes a limited amount of mileage (defined in the contract for each vehicle).
Mileage in excess of the daily rate is subject to an additional charge for each kilometer (defined in the contract for each vehicle)The car may only be used on public paved roads.
The Renter must comply with all Traffic Rules and will be liable for fines associated with violation of the rules of the road.
Only persons registered in the contract are entitled to drive a vehicle.
We are not responsible for any possessions of the Renter left or lost in the car while it was in use. However, in case of detection of possessions after the return of the car, we keep it for 1 month.

ON THE ROAD

No smoking in the car.
The participation in any races, competitions or tests of any type.
Carriage of passengers as a taxi or any other private commercial transport.
Carriage of article that jeopardize to the vehicle (including unpleasant odors).
Transportation of illegal substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.).
Drive a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, hallucinogens, drugs, barbiturates or any other substances that impair consciousness or the ability to react.
Towing is strictly prohibitedUse the car for off-road drivingDriving a car by a person not specified in the contract.
Use a car outside the UAE and / or in geographical areas that have not been agreed with the Owner.
Driving experience must be at least 1 year.
